dc.descriptionWe present results from an ongoing search for galaxy counterparts of a subgroup of Quasar Absorption Line Systems called Damped Ly-alpha Absorbers (DLAs). DLAs have several characteristics that make them prime candidates for being the progenitors of typical present day galaxies.
