dc.descriptionThe closed system of equations for a determination of parameters distribution function for random interaction fields was calculated analytically. The estimations of critical concentrations for phase transitions in diluted crystal magnets with face centered cubic (fcc), volume centered cubic (vcc) and simple cubic (sc) lattices with interaction of Ruderman-Kittel-Kasua-Yosida between spins were made.
