On the nonHamiltonian interaction of two rotators

dc.descriptionClassical dynamical equations describing a certain version of the nonHamiltonian interaction of two rotators (Euler tops with completely degenerate inertia tensors) are considered. The simplest case is integrated. It is shown that the dynamics is almost periodic with periods depending on the initial data.
