The symmetry of the wavy undulating spacial distributions of the differences of the mean inverse orbital velocities of the Solar system neighboring planets, satellites and rings of the Jupiter and Saturn is discovered. The global dependence of planetary distances scale and satellites and rings of the planets distances scale on the sidereal period rotation and radius of the Sun has been found.(250kb)
