dc.descriptionMagneto-optical absorption by the quantum dot (QD) with impurity center (IC or D(-)-center) complexes synthesized in a transparent dielectric matrix, with consideration of the QD size dispersion, is theoretically studied. Within the framework of effective mass approach, the analytical expression for the light impurity magneto-optical absorption coefficient for both the longitudinal and transversal polarizations with respect to the direction of external quantizing magnetic field is calculated.
