An overview of exclusive two-body and three-body baryonic B decays is given. The threshold enhancement effect in the dibaryon invariant mass and the angular distributions in the dibaryon rest frame are stressed and explained. Weak radiative baryonic B decays mediated by the electromagnetic penguin process $b\to sγ$ are discussed. Apart from the first observation of the radiative penguin decay $B^-\toΛ\bar pγ$ with the baryonic final state, the decay $B^-\to Ξ^0\barΣ^-γ$ at the level of $6\times 10^{-7}$ may be accessible to B factories in the near future.
