dc.descriptionWe predict how differential elliptic flow v2(pT) changes from RHIC to LHC collision energies (Pb+Pb at 5.5 TeV/nucleon), ASSUMING that the quark-gluon system created has a ``minimal'' shear viscosity eta/s = 1/(4*pi) at both RHIC and the LHC.
