| dc.description | The best value for Vud comes from superallowed 0+ to 0+ nuclear beta transitions, of which thirteen have now been measured with high precision. The current status of these measurements is described, and the result compared with that of measurements from neutron decay and pion beta decay. Future prospects for improvement are discussed. | |
