dc.descriptionThe one dimensional Kondo lattice model is investigated using Quantum Monte Carlo and transfer matrix techniques. In the strong coupling region ferromagnetic ordering is found even at large band fillings. In the weak coupling region the system shows an RKKY like behavior.
