Abstract

Description

This paper has been withdrawn because we have since found an analytic theory (arXiv:0712.3586) which shows that the dominant contribution to the free energy fluctuations comes from the region t\approxτ. This regime was unfortunately undetectable from our available numerical data.
This paper has been withdrawn. It is superseded by arXiv:0712.3586
