| dc.description | The Fermi surface of the Bi2212 system is systematically studied using a variety of photon energies. In addition to reconciling the conflicting reports on the Fermi surface of this important material, we identify almost perfectly nested Fermi surface segments parallel to the $(1,0)$ or $(0,1)$ direction. This general yet long overlooked feature of the Fermi surface is intriguingly similar to the Fermi surface of the $La_{1.48}Nd_{0.4}Sr_{0.12}CuO_4$ system. | |
