| dc.description | I suggest to consider a proton as a body in a state of free precession. Such approach allows to define a proton as periodic system with two rotary degrees of freedom with corresponding frequency ratio and resonances. In result on a power scale the points corresponding to a birth of leptons are designated. The interrelation between masses of leptons is established through a fine structure constant. The given approach is distributed to a nucleus. Other representation is given on the nature of X-rays which connect with a charge of a nucleus and its mass. | |
