| dc.description | We propose a parametrization for the generalized parton distributions (GPDs) which is based on representation of parton distributions as an infinite series of t-channel exchanges. The entire generalized parton distribution is given as an infinite sum over contributions of generalized light-cone distribution amplitudes in the t-channel. We also discuss the relations of the lowest Mellin moments of GPDs to basic mechanical characteristics of the nucleon as a compound system. | |
