dc.descriptionTwo types of Poisson pencils connected to classical R-matrices and their quantum counterparts are considered. A representation theory of the quantum algebras related to some symmetric orbits in $sl(n)^*$ is constructed. A twisted version of quantum mechanics is discussed.
