dc.descriptionLoop corrections for physics beyond the Standard Model are computed. DWe discuss the influence of new physics on CP-violating observables. Assuming the standard model gives a correct description of tree level processes, we show how a consistent procedure can determine the parameters of the standard model and check its validity also in loop induced processes. A method to include new physics in a systematic way is sketched.
