The broad $1^{--}$ resonant structure around 1.5GeV observed in the $K^+ K^-$ mass spectrum in $J/ψ\to K^+ K^-π^0$ by BESII is interpreted as a composition of $ρ(1450)$ and $ρ(1700)$. Various tests are investigated.
