| dc.description | We review the theory of the determination of the CKM elements Vcb and Vub. Particular attention is paid to the determination of Vcb through inclusive semileptonic B decays to charm using a moment analysis, since this has shown most progress recently. A precise method for the determination of Vub via exclusive decays is described. | |
