The new sight on the Hertz electrodynamics of a moving bodies

Description
A little error was eliminated from Hertz equations. New Hertz equations do not contradict to all electromagnetic experiments. Therefore Hertz electrodynamics is the alternative to Einstein electrodynamics. It means that the question about the absolute or relative character of both space and time must be rediscussed. Lorentz transformations can be used only if our theoretical model of an electromagnetic phenomenon is not complete one .
