| dc.description | Several properties of high energy hadronic collisions are illustrated by comparing DIS and the Drell-Yan process within a scalar QED model. Diffraction and transverse momentum broadening within the target system are found to be non-universal. Here these effects are simply due to the Coulomb phase shift in the Drell-Yan production amplitude. | |
