dc.descriptionZero-energy solutions of Maxwell's equations have been discovered and re-discovered many times in this century. In this comment we show that the paper by A. E. Chubykalo (which, in fact, also comments on the recent papers) did not explain physical interpretation of this solution and it used doubtful (up-to-date) postulates. Different explanations of the considered problem are possible.
