dc.descriptionWe prove an existence and uniqueness result for ground states and for purely angular excitations of two-dimensional Schrödinger-Newton equations. From the minimization problem for ground states we obtain a sharp version of a logarithmic Hardy-Littlewood-Sobolev type inequality.
