| dc.description | We construct a Grassmannian-like formulation for the potential KP-hierarchy including additional ``negative'' flows. Our approach will generalize the notion of a tau-function to include negative flows. We compare the resulting hierarchy with results by Hirota, Satsuma and Bogoyavlenskii. | |
