dc.descriptionA recurrence relation of Riccati-type differential equations known in supersymmetric quantum mechanics is investigated to find exactly solvable potentials. Taking some simple {\it ansätze}, we find new classes of solvable potentials as well as reproducing the known shape-invariant ones.
