dc.descriptionIn this lecture some mathematical tools necessary for a proper description of the Heisenberg antiferromagnet are presented. We would like to point out differences between ferro- and antiferromagnetic cases of Heisenberg Hamiltonian for finite spin systems. The ground-state properties are discussed.
