dc.descriptionThe Multiplicity distributions in high energy $e^+e^-$-annihilation are described within the Two Stage Model. It is shown that oscillations in sign of the ratio of factorial cumulant momentum to the factorial momentum of increasing order are confirmed. Parameters of parton stage and hadronization of this model are analysed.
