dc.descriptionWe show that in the units of the relative Paris meter both the latest data on the Supernova luminosity-distance -- redshift relation and primordial nucleosynthesis are described by the dynamics of a homogeneous, massless scalar field (Scalar Quintessence) in a nonexpanding universe.
