dc.descriptionWe carry out a self consistent calculation of the structure functions in the dissipation range using Navier Stokes equation. Combining these results with the known structures in the inertial range, we actually propose crossover functions for the structure functions that takes one smoothly from the inertial to the dissipation regime. In the process the success of the extended self similarity is explicitly demonstrated.
