dc.descriptionWe propose a sufficient and necessary separability criterion for pure states in multipartite and high dimensional systems. Its main advantage is operational and computable. The obvious expressions of this criterion can be given out by the coefficients of components of the pure state. In the end, we simply mention a principle method how to define and obtain the measures of entanglement in multipartite and high dimensional systems.
