| dc.description | Spinless fermions with Coulomb interaction in a square disordered lattice form a new state of the matter which is nor a Fermi glass, neither a Wigner crystal for intermediate Coulomb interaction. From a numerical study of small clusters, we find that this new state occurs between the two critical carrier densities where insulator-metal-insulator transitions of a hole gas have been observed in GaAs. | |
