dc.descriptionI present here a review of Large-Scale Structure (LSS) studies using clusters of galaxies. First, I re-evaluate the `pros' and `cons' of using clusters for such studies, especially in this era of large galaxy redshift surveys. Secondly, I provide an historical review of the Cluster Correlation Function and show that the latest measurements of xi_cc from Abell and X-ray catalogs are in excellent agreement. Thirdly, I review the latest measurements of the power spectrum of clusters which provide strong constraints on the cosmological parameters e.g. Omega_m and models of structure formation. Moreover, I highlight the recent discovery of ``Baryon Wiggles'' in the local cluster p(k) which is in perfect agreement with the recent CMB data. Lastly, I examine recent advances in the measurement of the X-ray Cluster Luminosity Function and emphasize the importance of accurately determining the selection function of future cluster surveys.
