dc.descriptionWe generalise a result of Aste and Scharf saying that, under some reasonable assumptions, consistent with renormalisation theory, the non-Abelian gauge theories describes the only possibility of coupling the gluons. The proof is done using Epstein-Glaser approach to renormalisation theory.
