The decays $K \to πl^{+} l^{-}$, $K \to πγγ$ and $K \to πν{\bar ν}$ are investigated using the higher order terms of the chiral perturbation theory. The counterterms induced by strong, weak and electromagnetic interactions are determined assuming the resonance exchange.
