| dc.description | A spin decoherence mechanism is proposed for localized electrons. The irregular phonon phase disturbances originated from phonon relaxation can influence electron spin precession with a net effect of spin phase decay. A quantitative analysis demonstrates relatively high efficiency of this mechanism in the low temperature and low magnetic field regime compared to the spin-flip processes. | |
