dc.descriptionClimate modification measures to counteract global warming receive some more new attentions in these years. Most current researches only discuss the impact of these measures to climate, but how to design such a climate regulator is still unknown. This paper shows the control theory could give the systematic direction for climate modification. But the control analyzing also reveals that climate modifications should only be regarded as a last-ditch measure.
