The analysis of similar effects seen in experimental data in hadron-hadron collision is performed successfully by superimposing soft and semi-hard contributions at various energies. Negative Binomial multiplicity distributions are chosen in all examined classes of collisions as elementary substructures, i.e., as QCD inspired genuine self-similar fractal processes.
