The Maxwell's equations are converted into a surface integral equation; thus it greatly simplifies the solutions and yields accurate results for membranes of arbitrary shape. The integral equation is solved and dielectric dispersion spectrum is obtained for a model corrugated membrane. We report a giant dielectric dispersion as the amplitude of corrugation becomes large.RevTeX, 1 eps figureSoft Condensed MatterBiological PhysicsDielectric behaviors of corrugated membranestext
