In contrast to pure $ϕ^4$ theories, the Ginzburg-Landau model with a topologically generated mass exhibits quite different properties in perturbation theory. Our analysis suggests that the two scalings could coincide at a non-perturbative level. This view is supported by a 1/N-expansion in the massive scalar field regime.RevTex4, 8 pages, 7 figures; reference added; to be published in the Journal of Physical Studies; author information and latest update to this paper at http://www.physik.fu-berlin.de/~kleinert/institution.htmlSuperconductivityStrongly Correlated ElectronsHigh Energy Physics - TheoryTwo different scaling regimes in Ginzburg-Landau model with Chern-Simons termtext
