There are two cases under consideration: $H=U(\mathfrak h)$ and $H=U(\mathfrak h)# \mathbb C[Γ]$, where $\mathfrak h$ is a finite-dimensional Lie algebra over $\mathbb C$, $Γ$ is an arbitrary group acting on $U(\mathfrak h)$ by automorphisms.
