It is shown that the excited pair states remain localized while their excitation energy $ΔE$ is negative. For $ΔE>0$ the particles are delocalized over the three-dimensional lattice.Proceedings of the "Rencontres de Moriond 2001"; 4 pages, 4 figuresCondensed MatterExcited States of the Cooper Problem in a Three-Dimensional Disordered Systemtext
