One of the simplest example of quantum operation is the von Neumann-Lueders measurement. Destruction of states in quantum mechanics can be treated as a supplement to the von Neumann-Lueders measurement [P. Caban, J. Rembielinski, K. A. Smolinski and Z. Walczak, J. Phys.
