We find that quantised orbital (rather than spin) alignment of protons in the m=1/2$^+$ inert orbit leads to identical energy spectra. A K=16$^+$ band with identical spectrum is predicted in $^{176}$Yb at 4.48 Mev of excitation.4 pages 4 figures 1 tableNuclear TheoryQuantised orbital alignment and Identical High-K Bands in A=180 regiontext
