Considering the experimental constraint on the neutron EDM, the theoretical prediction for the charm quark EDM can reach about $10^{-20}e\cdot cm$. If taking into account the mixing between the scharm and stop quarks in the effective supersymmetry scenario, the charm quark EDM can be enhanced to $\sim 10^{-19}e\cdot cm$.
