A short discussion is given on the gauge-boson-related physics issues that play a role at both coliders and on the outcome of the various LEP2/NLC studies that have taken place during the last few years. The main emphasis of this report is on the question of preserving gauge-invariance when dealing with unstable gauge bosons.
