Such a spectrum obtained earlier in loop quantum gravity (LQG) does not comply with the holographic bound. This bound fixes the Barbero-Immirzi parameter of LQG, and thus leads to the unique result for the spectrum of horizon area.Plenary talk at Gamov Memorial International Conference, Odessa, Ukraine, August 8-14, 2004; 12 pages; typos in references correctedGeneral Relativity and Quantum CosmologyHigh Energy Physics - TheoryQuantized black holes, correspondence principle, and holographic boundtext
