We found that this system has a non-negligible Pi-d interaction that is very sensitive to the sample cooling rate. The Pi-d interaction is weaker when the sample is rapidly cooled which might affect its FISC phase. The results of the organic alloy lamda-(BETS)2FexGa1-xCl4 (x=0.6) will be presented in this paper.4pages,4 figures, proceedings of ICSM 2004, Wollongong, Australia. to be published in Synth.
