2026-07-072026-07-07http://salesiana.dossiersoluciones.com/handle/123456789/35035In a recent preprint, Krasnikov has claimed that to show that quantum energy inequalities (QEIs) are violated in curved spacetime situations, by considering the example of a free massless scalar field in two-dimensional de Sitter space. We show that this claim is incorrect, and based on misunderstandings of the nature of QEIs.
