The degree of polarization as well as the characteristic frequency and the amplitude of these GWs depend crucially on phase-transition model of primordial turbulence. I present a brief discussion on the possibility of detection.Talk given at ICTP workshop "Nonlinear Cosmology", ICTP, Trieste, Italy (May 2005).
