A probable nature of the isomorphism of DS configurations of different levels is revealed. Nucleon DS configuration like black hole (BH) might be acquired by the last as a result of Hawking radiation of initial BH and serve further as a genome of the Universe development.Plenary talk presented at Workshop on High Energy Physics&Field Theory (Protvino, Russia, 2004)General Relativity and Quantum CosmologySelf-Similar Structure of the Universe and Fundamental Sense of Existence of Large and Small Black Holes in the Naturetext
