Considered here are the nuclear emulsion data of $^{84}$Kr, $^{131}$Xe, $^{197}$Au, $^{238}$U in the energy range of 1 GeV/A. Mean charge yields and multiplicity distribution of these data indicate that the nuclear fragmentation at this energy is a multiprocess phenomena. Power moments of the charge distribution exhibit a scale invariance.
