We explain the known experimental results for the in-plane rotation of the magnetic field and predict the shape of the magnetoresistance oscillations for the out-of-plane rotations of the magnetic field. We show how the latter oscillations can be utilized to reconstruct the shape of the Fermi surface and to study the coherence of inter-plane electron tunneling.4 pages, 6 figures, RevTeX.
